Excellent service. John always rings me if something is found that needs attention but gives options for rectification. Doesn't always mean immediate or costly repairs. Excellent customer service. For years I got my car serviced by Honda and the service I receive at western port automotive service is much better than I received at Honda and the price is much more competitive and affordable than Honda. Dropped my car off at 8.30am and they sent me a text at 12.30pm to say my car was ready to be picked up and they had washed it for me very happy with my experience and will be booking in again.
